Recently, a client approached Rock Solid Handyman Services with a request to remove the existing split rail and chain link fence by the side of their house. They wanted me to replace it with a 5 feet tall cedar privacy fence. After an initial estimation, the client decided to convert split rail fence to privacy fence instead.
